In this space between I find truth and experience
I’m stuck in fear. Please, please don’t let me go. I cannot see my heart through my broken eyes. I’m afraid. I’m alone, yet you are near. I can’t let go of what I fear. Please, please don’t let me go. But please, please help me heal. I’m stuck in fear. And here I go, into the light and beyond the smoke filled sky, to a place unknown. Goodbye, Goodbye.
When we choose to heal, consciously choose and set the intention to be in a new state of awareness and wisdom, a new state of being, we set in motion a chain of events that can bring us to this healing state we desire. But in order to gain the wisdom, healing, and awareness, we have to choose to be open to seeing our truth, even if it is fear. And we have to decide to let go of, and say goodbye to, what no longer serves, what is not our truth. In this way we can embrace and allow the chaos, the unknown, the healing to create our new experience.
We can go into this state when there are changes or traumas in our lives (however small or large they may appear to any individual). It is easy to get stuck in the fear space, watching the chaos happen but not allowing ourselves to acknowledge, accept, and experience, or find the rhythm with, its shifting frequency.
If we allow and truly sink into the experience and feel the rhythm from the eyes of our truth, our heart center, our neutrality, with amusement and curiosity, we can be held, nurtured, nourished, and thus receive powerful insight and healing. This will allow the release of the old and the attraction and manifestation of the new.
When we are in resistance to this in between state, the state of the unknown, we are in fight, flight, or freeze mode and we lose sight of what is available to experience in this moment. We cling to the past and stalk the future, neglecting the present and thus leaving holes in our ability to create and manifest the healing, movement, and change we desire.
This space between can be experienced however we choose. We are generally programmed to go into fear, into scarcity, into a place of survival because it’s been set and identified that it’s not ok to not know what the future holds, it’s not ok to let go of what we have, it’s not ok to be open or explore, it’s not ok to be in transition. But it is ok. It is our choice. We decide how we want to experience each moment.
It is your right to heal. Intend it and believe it is so.
Many blessings,
Kathy 🙂
